Coal Point Project . . .

A property of around 2 acres presents an exciting challenge to maintain the integrity of the surrounding natural landscape while creating a complete 'makeover' effect which visually enhances the existing architecture and topography.  This was the basic philosophy with which we approached the project at Coal Point, Lake Macquarie NSW.  Our client was very much a part of the design process.
